You know, I had full intentions of coming here to talk about the Westworld season finale. I have soooooooo many thoughts and a couple of theories (one involves Billy and the Man in Black) that I wanted to share. I was mentally prepared to break that shiz down, and then Marvel decided they were going to release the Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 trailer and all of that went out the window. There was no way I wasn’t going to post that trailer. Not when watching it (more times then I’d like to admit… seriously) has made my heart explode with joy. So, it appears that the Westworld column will have to wait until Tuesday and will serve more as a series review then a prediction piece. I’m okay with that as long as you guys are. Although when I say that one of my theories was right you guys are going to have to just believe that I wouldn’t lie to you. I’m fully expecting my face to melt tonight, and I can’t wait. I love when a show does that. You should have seen me last week, it felt like all the features on my face were centered directly in the middle (around the bridge of the nose area) and I couldn’t figure out how to sort them back out. It was great!

But enough about Westworld, there’s a new Guardians trailer!

Seriously… I just can’t. I want a Baby Groot everything. E V E R Y T H I N G !!!!

This just makes me so happy. That’s the only way to put it. We still don’t have a clear idea of what the plot is going to be and I could care less because seeing these characters in action is enough to make this geeky heart full. I also love how both trailers have been punctuated with Drax punchlines. It certainly appears that he’s going to be a show stealer in this one. Well, next to Baby Groot of course.

Now if you excuse me, The Giants don’t play until 4:30 which means I have plenty of time to watch and re-watch this. And that’s exactly what I’m going to do.
