Last night, after a stellar episode of Better Call Saul, I decided not to continue watching the now muted world of professional wrestling but rather continue to read my book. I don’t know, call me weird but it’s difficult to get into Monday Night Raw when there’s no audience. It really amplifies how silly it all is and I’m already highly aware of how silly it all is. … Continue reading What Happens To Lasers When They Miss A Target In Space?
I don’t think anyone could truly be blamed if they spent the majority of their time on social media falling deeper and deeper into a coronavirus like wormhole. Picture that part in Alice In Wonderland where Alice is falling down the hole but instead of it being dirt and mushrooms picture icky coronavirus like vibes falling past her while also sticking to her soul. Good … Continue reading Community- Six Seasons and Netflix
Geeklings, the holidays are over and we can finally start to get back on track here at I Am Geek. It’s a brand new year with brand new goals and a whole lot of ass to be kicked. We’ve got some big plans for the site moving forward and I’m excited to share them with you as we move ahead with them. The goal has … Continue reading Week In Geek- 1917 Arrives, Stephen King On HBO, & New Mutants
Geeklings, what is going on?! Hopefully, this Monday finds you indoors and warm as the first real snowy mix is heading my way here on the east coast. That gets a resounding “yuck” from yours truly. I hate snow. I hate it so much. Don’t give me any of that “but it looks so pretty” because that lasts like three seconds before all the muck. Plus, it means it’s cold out and winter is here (no longer coming) and winter is just this loooong, dark, vortex holding us hostage until the sun re-emerges with warmth and spring. But I don’t want to talk about snow. I’m like Anakin Skywalker with sand when it comes to snow. I hate it.
Happy Monday, Geeklings! That means it’s a brand new week and a brand new week means a brand new Week In Geek something that hasn’t happened in quite some time. It’s hard to believe that for the last three weeks we lived in a world where there was no Week In Geek. Like, where did you guys go to learn about all the awesome that was ahead of you? … Continue reading Week In Geek- Do You Wanna Build A Snowman, Rami Deserves Awards, & Binge Mode
Geeklings, it’s been just about three weeks. Three weeks. The days have most likely felt longer. A bit colder. Perhaps at times all was lost. What does the world even mean if there is no new content on I Am Geek, but whatever it is it’s not an ideal world. I know for a fact that it’s not one I want to live in. But I’m here today … Continue reading The Return
Geeklings, I have returned after a very successful, very exhausting, two day New York Comic Con adventure. Much fun was had but let me tell you, those two days really take a toll on the body. Nothing but walking and geeking out mixed in with waking up early… I’m starting to believe that I need extra vacation days to recover from my NYCC vacation. I … Continue reading Week In Geek- El Camino Arrives & First Look At Rick and Morty
