Week In Geek- Space Force Arrives, Rick and Morty Leave, and HBO Max

Geeklings, I hope everyone enjoyed their long holiday weekend. I sure as hell did. There’s something to be said about having three days off in a row with no work and a whole lot of relaxation. Granted, it would be far better if we didn’t have to live in hazmat suits and could actually spend time with friends and family, but a free workday is … Continue reading Week In Geek- Space Force Arrives, Rick and Morty Leave, and HBO Max

Crisis On Infinite Earths- Was [SPOILER’S] Death… Kinda Lame?

After a year of waiting, the CW’s Crisis On Infinite Earths has finally arrived and things have started off with a bang. In the opening minutes of the first episode, of five, we caught glimpses to Tim Burton’s Batman, DC Universe’s Titans (big surprise here), and a hysterical run-in with Robin from the Adam West Batman days. It was clear that Crisis is here not … Continue reading Crisis On Infinite Earths- Was [SPOILER’S] Death… Kinda Lame?

Week In Geek- 007 Trailer Trailer, Crisis Comes to the CW, & the Doctor’s Arrival Date

Geeklings, what is going on?! Hopefully, this Monday finds you indoors and warm as the first real snowy mix is heading my way here on the east coast. That gets a resounding “yuck” from yours truly. I hate snow. I hate it so much. Don’t give me any of that “but it looks so pretty” because that lasts like three seconds before all the muck. Plus, it means it’s cold out and winter is here (no longer coming) and winter is just this loooong, dark, vortex holding us hostage until the sun re-emerges with warmth and spring. But I don’t want to talk about snow. I’m like Anakin Skywalker with sand when it comes to snow. I hate it.

Difficulties In Reading Dated Source Material

I’m the type of person when watching a trailer for something that looks especially tasty and I find out that there’s a book/comic attached it means nothing else can happen until I read the source material. I feel like I owe it to the author to consume the story how it was initially created. Sure, this all feeds into my OCD problems, like how my … Continue reading Difficulties In Reading Dated Source Material

Geeklings, how are we doing on this fine Monday? I have to say, I’m doing pretty swell. What Crisis On Infinite Earths Means For the Arrowverse

This year’s CW Arrowverse crossover gave us a lot to get excited about. For starters, we finally got our first look at Ruby Rose’s Batwoman, and she kicked alllllll types of butt. Not only was Gotham City mentioned but also visited as the gang battled the crazies over in Arkham Asylum which was full of Batman easter eggs including Bane’s mask, Scarecrow’s terror serum, and … Continue reading What Crisis On Infinite Earths Means For the Arrowverse

Week In Geek- A Mega Marvel Week & Elseworlds

Geeklings, it appears that I have survived the move! The Fortress of Nerditude is no more after five glorious years of existence. I … Continue reading Week In Geek- A Mega Marvel Week & Elseworlds
